Kristi Achilleos

Kristi Achilleos is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Familiar since August 2025, Kristi was previously a Senior Engineering Manager at Playroll from June 2024 to August 2025. Prior roles include Engineering Manager, Head of Support Engineering, and Senior Software Engineer at Unibuddy, as well as Fractional CTO at ACMA Trading Ltd. In addition, Kristi has freelance experience as a Software Developer and held positions at Playtech BGT Sports as a Senior Software Developer. Academic credentials include an MRes in Web Science and Big Data Analytics and a BSc in Computer Science, both from UCL, supplemented by a foundational education at The English School in Nicosia.
