Shiree Daniels has been working in the field of education for over 15 years. Shiree started their career as a teacher assistant and then became a lead teacher. Shiree later worked as an education administrator and an education manager. In their current position as executive director at Families & Children Together, they are responsible for professional development for staff, conducting training for staff, creating instructional content to address staff needs, monitoring effective classroom practices, providing direct classroom guidance, creating and implementing agency plans concerning school readiness and on-going monitoring, analyzing assessment data, contributing to our community assessment, self assessment, and annual report.

Shiree Daniels has a MS in Instructional Technology from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, a BAAS in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, and a BAAS in Liberal Arts from Texas A&M University. Shiree also has certification from Mathematica in Quality of Caregiver-Child Interactions for Infants and Toddlers (Q-CCIIT) Observer Certification, Teachstone in Certified CLASS Observer & CLASS Trainer, and Traveling Arkansas Professional Pathways in Certified Trainer.
