Jaron Halford

Jaron Halford, FACHE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jaron began their career as an intern at The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty in 2010. Jaron then worked as a Research Analyst at Utah Medical Education Council from 2012 to 2015. Following that, Jaron joined the University of Utah School of Dentistry where they held multiple roles, including Assessment Program Manager, Operations Manager for Clinical Revenue Cycle and Data Analytics, and Director of Clinical Operations and Performance. Their most recent position was at Families First Pediatrics, where they served as Vice President of Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategy & Marketing. In this role, they oversee the overall strategic direction and marketing initiatives of the organization.

Jaron Halford, FACHE, has a strong educational background. Jaron obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah in 2009. In 2010, they pursued further studies in Public Health and Public Policy Analysis, earning their Master's Degrees in both areas from the University of Utah. In 2014, Jaron Halford continued their education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Additionally, during the same time period, they also earned a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the same institution. These extensive degrees and certifications serve as a solid foundation for their career in healthcare administration. In 2021, Jaron Halford achieved the esteemed designation of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), showcasing their commitment to professional excellence. Subsequently, in 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Patient Experience Institute.
