Adrian Lerner, PHR, PMP, currently serves as a Work Readiness Instructor at Families Forward since September 2023. Previously, Adrian held the position of First Sergeant at the U.S. Army NATO Brigade from January 2020 to September 2023, providing extensive human resources and logistical support to over 200 personnel across multiple locations in Italy. Adrian's background includes experience as a Senior Instructor at the United States Army Soldier Support Institute, where ten instructors were trained and developed, and as a human resources manager in the U.S. Army, managing workforce development for 11,000 positions and overseeing human resources for a 694-member battalion. With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the American Public University System, Adrian has a diverse skill set in training, leadership, and human resources management acquired over nearly two decades of military service.
