Lucy Garcia

Lucy Garcia currently serves as the Performance Management Lead at Repsol, a position held since June 2013. Over the years at Repsol, Lucy has also held roles such as Eagle Ford JV Lead, Midcontinent Commercial Manager, and Midcontinent Analyst. Prior to joining Repsol, Lucy worked at AES from February 2012 to May 2013 in FP&A for AES North America Generation and at Continental Airlines from September 2007 to February 2012 as Manager of Financial Analysis. Earlier in the career, Lucy was an Account Manager at Agua Marketing from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the University of South Alabama, a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
