Elizabeth Drayer has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to social services and child welfare. Elizabeth began their career in 2008 as a TSS and Program Manager at NHS Human Services.
In 2011, they worked as a Caseworker II at Cumberland County Children and Youth Services.
From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Family Preservation Practitioner at Keystone Human Services and later transitioned to a Service Coordinator role at Pennsylvania Mentor.
In 2014, they worked as a Behavior Tech at The Vista School before joining Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania as a Case Manager from 2015 to 2016.
Their experience also includes being a Program Specialist at NHS Human Services Inc., where they provided behavioral interventions to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Since 2016, Elizabeth Drayer has been with Families United Network, Inc., where they have held multiple roles. Elizabeth started as a Foster Parent Trainer/Family support worker and later became a Permancey Specialist, Kinship Specialist, and Senior Kinship Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Program Office Supervisor.
Elizabeth Drayer attended Harrisburg Area Community College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at York College of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2008.
