Beatriz Santos

Beatriz Santos has a diverse work experience, starting as a Barrister's Clerk at One Essex Court in 2014. Beatriz then worked as an Administrative Office Assistant at the Department of Justice (Philippines) in 2015, handling appeals and coordinating interdepartmental interactions. In 2018, they joined Forever 21 as a Sales Associate, focusing on point of sale procedures and customer service. Beatriz then took on the role of Student Society President & Committee Member at King's College London from 2017 to 2020, where they managed records, organized events, and supervised calendars. Beatriz worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from 2019 to 2021, handling payroll processes, training employees, and advising managers on policy enforcement. In 2021, they worked briefly as a Human Resources Assistant at Vervain Advisory, gaining knowledge in employee recruitment and performance appraisal management. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Administrator at Family Action, where they serve as the first point of contact for recruitment and DBS queries and conducts pre-employment checks.
