David Holmes

David Holmes is the CEO of Family Action. David has also served as Chair of Naomi House & Jacksplace, Deputy Director of Children and Young People's Service at Haringey Council, and Head of Adoption and Looked After Children at the Department for Education. David has also been involved with the End Child Poverty Campaign and the British Association for Adoption and Fostering. Prior to their work in the public sector, they were a solicitor at Mayer Brown and Clifford Chance LLP.

David Holmes attended the College of Law for their Master of Laws (LL.M.), specializing in commercial law. David then went on to study at the University of Bristol for their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Finally, they completed their education at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
