Louise Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Louise started their career at the North East Chamber of Commerce, Trade and Industry as an Account Manager in 2001. Louise then worked as an Information Manager at Redcar WarmZone from 2002 to 2003, followed by a role as a Project Coordinator at Erimus Housing from 2003 to 2005. Afterwards, Louise worked as a Business Diversity Manager at Business Link North East from 2005 to 2007. Louise then joined the Cleveland Fire Brigade as a Partnership Manager from 2007 to 2015. Louise's most recent experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at various schools from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator at Family Action.

Louise Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies at Teesside University between 1997 and 2001. In 2015, they pursued Level 2 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools at Stockton Riverside College. Louise continued their education at the same institution in 2016, completing a CACHE Diploma in Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools between 2016 and 2017.
