Shea Dahuja, MSc.C.P. MSW, RSW, currently serves as the Director of Service, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Family and Children's Services of Guelph and Wellington County and as a Director on the Board of Directors for Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, where the focus is on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Sub-committee. With extensive experience in social work, Shea has held various leadership roles, including Practice Integration Lead and Parent and Child Capacity Building Leader at Peel Children's Aid, and has worked with immigration and family services. Previous positions include Social Worker at Credit Valley Hospital, Instructor Therapist at New Haven Learning Centre, and roles in Bangkok with CPCR and Friends International. Shea holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from Assumption University, along with a Leadership and Inclusion Certificate from Centennial College.
