Tyrone Pierce

Tyrone Pierce has extensive experience in case management, workforce development, and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Case Manager and Academic & Career Counselor at the Family and Workforce Centers of America since March 2022, Tyrone is responsible for recruitment, risk assessment, and creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for clients. Previously, Tyrone held roles including Regional Facilities Manager at Cognizant, where oversight of multi-location operations was paramount, and Center Manager at Job Corps, managing student programs and discipline for 500 students. Additional roles include Office Manager positions in military settings, where responsibilities ranged from administrative management for numerous personnel to successful program enhancements. Education includes studies at Central Texas College and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
