Justin B.

Justin B. has a range of work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career in 2000 as a Sales Representative at Johnstone Supply. In 2003, they transitioned to SunTrust where they worked as a Branch Manager until 2006. From 2011 to 2016, Justin served as the Director of Operations/Human Resources Director at Boys and Girls Home and Family Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries. In 2016, they joined Family Centered Services of Alaska and held the position of Director of Human Resources until 2021. Justin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the same company.

Justin B. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Justice, with a focus on Psychology, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks between 2006 and 2010. Justin also attended the Refrigeration School Inc from 1998 to 1999, earning a degree in HVAC/R with a specialization in Residential and Commercial Electrical. Later, they pursued further education and completed a Master's of Education in Counseling (30 Credits) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 2011 to 2017, specializing in Counseling.
