Jaymie Kahn-Rapp serves as the Assistant Vice President of Harm Reduction and Recovery at Family & Children's Association since July 2017, where notable achievements include doubling the size of the Addiction Treatment and Recovery Division and providing strategic oversight to a team of over 60 staff members. Previous roles include Vice President at BOOM!Health, overseeing various departments and managing substantial budgets, and Director positions at Bailey House and Brightpoint Health, focusing on community health services and clinic operations. Jaymie's educational qualifications include an MPA in Public Management from Baruch College, an MSEd in Rehabilitation Counseling from Hofstra University, and a BA in Psychology and Social Science Interdisciplinary from the University at Buffalo.

Our not-for-profit health and human services organization is dedicated to serving empowering under-served families while helping them overcome social, economic and public health challenges. Each of our programs are designed to create stronger, more resilient communities across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
