Lucinda Das-Mohan has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Lucinda began their career at Auriemma Group, where they served as the Human Resource Manager from January 2017 to March 2019. Following this, they joined the Community Development Corporation of Long Island as the Vice President of Human Resources from April 2019 to October 2023. Most recently, Lucinda joined the Family & Children's Association in October 2023 as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Lucinda Das-Mohan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Long Island University. Lucinda also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Arts/Business Management from St. John's University.

Each of our programs are designed to create stronger, more resilient communities across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
