Mark Trainor

Mark Trainor has a diverse work history that spans various roles and industries. Mark started their career in 2010 as a Bar Tender at Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel. In 2012, they became a Manager at Parrie's Louisiana Grill, where they were responsible for system administration and troubleshooting.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at RadioShack, providing end user support and troubleshooting for audio/visual, circuitry, and mobile devices.

In 2014, they joined Batteries Plus Bulbs as a Sales Associate, and later became an Assistant Manager. In this role, they performed mobile device repair, built custom batteries, and managed commercial business accounts.

In 2016, they worked as an IT Systems Operator at Eldorado Resort Casino, where they managed user security, performed network monitoring, and resolved IT issues.

Mark Trainor graduated from Currituck County High School in 2008 with a High School degree. In 2011, they attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and studied Psychology. Mark obtained certifications in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ in February and June of 2017, respectively. In June 2019, they obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification, and in February 2020, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification. Most recently, in December 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification, and in June 2023, they obtained the CompTIA Security + certification.
