Michael Stern

Michael Stern is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in investment banking and executive leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Seaport Capital since July 2017, Michael has also held board member positions at several organizations, including Family Entertainment Live, Filmwerks International, Linen King, Rutherford & Associates, and All Traffic Data Services Inc. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at CapitalSpring and Investment Banking Associate at Sterne Agee, following an Investment Banking Analyst position at J.P. Morgan. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
