Denise Thomas, MBA

Denise Thomas, MBA, has a strong background in finance and accounting. Denise started their career as a Controller at Rome Associates, LLP from 2000 to 2004. Denise then joined OMD as an Associate Director, Budget Project Management and played a key role in managing accounts receivable for the Midwest Hub, totaling $1.3 billion. Denise took on a more senior role as Director of Finance at Movéo in 2014. Their responsibilities included compiling and analyzing financial statements, preparing management reports, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. In 2015, Denise became the Director of Finance at Family Express Corporation, where they currently work.

Denise Thomas, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems at Chicago State University from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2006 to 2009.
