Joan Rosales

Joan Rosales has a diverse work experience that includes roles in insurance, recruiting, and staffing. Joan currently works as a Life Insurance Broker at New Meta Insurance Solutions, where they partner with FFL Elite to provide comprehensive life insurance solutions. Prior to this, Joan worked as a Contracting and Recruiting Director at Family First Life Elite, specializing in identifying individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset for the insurance industry. Joan also has experience as a Staffing Supervisor at Exact Staff and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at DM Spice & Dry Chiles. Earlier in their career, Joan worked as a Recruiting Manager at Great Hire, Inc., where they were responsible for identifying top talent and filling job openings.

Joan Rosales attended Davidson College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied journalism. In 2014, they obtained a Life Accident and Health Agent degree from the CA Department of Insurance, with a field of study in insurance.
