Faiza Iqbal Shaikh

Faiza Iqbal Shaikh is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People Partner at foodpanda since November 2021, where Faiza leads regional employee onboarding and performance management initiatives while designing employee engagement strategies that achieved outstanding results in the APAC region. Previously, Faiza held roles in talent acquisition and human resources at Lotte Kolson and EFU Life Assurance, overseeing employee lifecycle processes and implementing HR systems. Faiza's expertise extends to data analytics, project management, and organizational development, demonstrated through significant contributions to employee engagement and performance management projects. Faiza holds an MBA in Human Resources Development and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Management.
