Nancy Oh [Cis - She/Her/Hers]

Nancy Oh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nancy is currently the Vice President of Client Success at Family First, where they utilize a caregiving platform to help employees find solutions for their caregiving challenges. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Unite Us, a technology company that connects service providers in the healthcare continuum. Nancy also has experience as a Client Executive at Quantum Health, where they coordinated care for self-insured employers. Nancy has also worked at Teladoc and Best Doctors as an Account Executive, providing telehealth services and virtual second opinions to employer groups. Earlier in their career, Nancy held roles at Precept, Blue Shield of California, and UnitedHealthcare, where they gained experience in employee benefits consulting, product management, and client development.
