Latesha Lipscomb JD served as the Director of Engagement + Relationships at Amplify GR since December 2019, where responsibilities include the creation and implementation of community engagement strategies and partnerships to enhance resident satisfaction. Additionally, Latesha has been a Family Engagement Parent Representative with Family Futures since April 2012, advocating for early childhood issues and community engagement. Previous roles include serving as a Housing & Family Services Advocate at Inner City Christian Federation and various legal roles such as Contract Attorney and Litigation Paralegal across prominent law firms. Latesha holds a JD from Boston College Law School and BA degrees in Political Science from Boston College, further complemented by a Junior Statemen of America Honor Diploma from Yale University.
