Vaughn Delaney

Vaughn Delaney's work experience includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at Family Guardian Insurance since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of The Bahamas from 2002 to 2014, starting as Deputy Managing Director and later providing strategic oversight for the IT, HR, and Marketing functions. Delaney also has experience at PwC, where they worked as a Managing Consultant from 1986 to 2002, leading the Management Consultancy Services practice in The Bahamas.

Vaughn Delaney has a strong education background in the fields of Finance, Marketing, and Computer Science. Vaughn began their academic journey at Concordia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from 1981 to 1984. Building upon this foundation, Delaney pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the prestigious Ivey Business School at Western University. Vaughn successfully completed this program from 1984 to 1986.

In addition to their formal education, Delaney has also obtained a certification as an attendee of the Ellucian Live Online event in July 2020, showcasing their commitment to continuing professional development in the field.
