Madeline VanLoon, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacist at Family Health Care since July 2022, responsible for developing and managing clinical pharmacy programs, including medication therapy management and chronic disease state management. Experience as a Pharmacy Intern at both Costco Wholesale and Nationwide Children's Hospital equipped Madeline with skills in medication optimization, compounding for pediatric patients, and navigating insurance challenges. Earlier roles as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Family Fare Supermarkets and a Teaching Assistant at Grand Valley State University helped establish a solid foundation in pharmacy operations, patient communication, and education. Madeline holds a PharmD from The Ohio State University and a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
