Santaisha Hicks, MPA

Santaisha Hicks, MPA, has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Santaisha currently serves as the Executive Vice President & DEI Officer at Family Health Council of Central PA. Prior to this, Santaisha held various positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, including Customer Relations Director. Santaisha holds a Master of Public Administration from The Graduate School at Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology from Albright College.
