Desiree Carr has held various HR roles at companies including Family Health Services, Minidoka Memorial Hospital, McCain Foods, and Road Work Ahead. Prior to their HR positions, Desiree served as the Status Offender Coordinator at Twin Falls County and worked as an IDLA Teacher at Twin Falls School District. Desiree holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from Arizona State University.
