Jake Cannon

Jake Cannon currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience and Project Manager at Family Healthcare since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jake held multiple positions at Banner Health from July 2018 to July 2021, including Associate Director and Physician Practice Operations Senior Manager, as well as Practice Manager within the Banner - University Medicine Group. Jake's earlier experience includes an Administrative Fellowship at UNC Health Care and roles such as Business Analyst in the Department of Neurosurgery, Chief Policy Officer for the UNC Student Health Action Coalition, and Community & Physician Relations at Doctors Making Housecalls. Jake began a career in finance as a Product Analyst at Ipreo. Jake holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
