Rafael Rivas

Rafael Rivas has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing positions. Rafael served as the Director of Recruitment at Family HealthCare Network since October 2021, where they developed recruitment plans and searched for qualified candidates. Prior to that, they worked as a Provider Staff Recruiter at the same company since July 2008. In this role, they collaborated with senior executives to create recruitment plans, contacted clinicians regarding employment opportunities, and conducted candidate searches. Before joining Family HealthCare Network, they were the Director of Physician Recruitment at Kaweah Delta Medical Center from April 2007 to June 2008. In this position, they developed a strategic plan for physician recruitment, screened candidate CVs, conducted interviews, and coordinated visits for candidates and their spouses.

Rafael Rivas attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Environmental Design and Architecture.
