Lisa Tountas

Lisa Tountas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and business management. Currently serving as a Transitional Care Coordinator at Family Home Health Network since March 2019, Lisa has previously held roles as a Project Manager and NAT Manager at Clutch Global Logistics, Inc., and as a Dental Assistant and Office Manager at Addison Family Dental Care. In addition to healthcare experience, Lisa is a business owner of Swee Pea Baby, specializing in custom-made tutus and headpieces for babies since December 2014. Lisa is an alumna of Triton College.
