Francesco "Frank" Saenz, M.A., M.P.O has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Francesco "Frank" has held various positions in different organizations, showcasing their expertise in law enforcement, mental health, customer service, and management.

As an Independent Contractor at A World For Children, they interviewed potential foster families and made recommendations based on comprehensive reports. Francesco "Frank" also served as the Center Director at Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR, overseeing the operations of a mental health clinic.

Frank Saenz, M.A., M.P.O. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word in 1997. Francesco "Frank" then pursued a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster Vienna Private University, which they completed in 2004.

In addition to their educational background, Frank has various certifications including being a Master Peace Officer accredited by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement in 2015, Basic Instructor Development certification from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service in 2013, and Field Training Instructor - 3702 certification from the Texas Municipal Police Association in 2010.
