Allie Koolbeck

Allie is the Partnership Manager for the Southwest region at UpTogether (previously Family Independence Initiative). She brings several years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, where she has worked in fundraising, project and partner management, and policy roles. Most recently, she obtained her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, while serving as a Fellow in the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office and a university research assistant. She has also worked at food justice, youth empowerment, and advocacy organizations. Allie is passionate about working towards a just world where all people are seen and celebrated for their unique strengths.
