Karla Burciaga

Karla Burciaga was born in Mexico and immigrated to the US with her mother and sister at age 5. Prior to UpTogether, Karla worked in the corporate world and enjoyed being able to help the Spanish speaking customers get the answers to their questions. Karla comes from a single parent household and knows too well the struggle single mothers face trying to achieve economic mobility. Her experiences growing up have shaped her passion for social justice and the importance of community.
