Samashwin Paul

Samashwin Paul is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the legal services sector. As the Founder and CTO of Nova Law since May 2022, Samashwin leads the development of the world's first virtual legal assistant for divorce or separation, enhancing legal service delivery. In addition, Samashwin has been the Chief Technology Officer at Family Law Lab since January 2019, overseeing a platform of innovative tools for the Family Law community, and serves as a Knowledge Systems Developer at Family Law Partners since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Samashwin held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, focusing on software development in the financial services sector. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karunya University.
