Rhonda L.

Rhonda L. has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Executive Director of Human Resources at Family Life Communications since July 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at the same company, including Human Resource Director from August 2020 and Human Resource Manager from January 2020 to August 2020.

Before joining Family Life Communications, Rhonda worked as the Director of Human Resources, State Wide, at the Southern Arizona Association Visually Impaired (SAAVI) from April 2016 to October 2019. Rhonda also worked as the Human Resource Manager at the same organization from August 2015 to March 2016.

Earlier in their career, Rhonda served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Sakellar Associates from June 2008 to February 2014. Rhonda also held the position of Business Operations Manager at ALM Architects from November 2004 to May 2008.

Prior to that, Rhonda worked as the Director of Training & Development at Bank of America from October 2002 to September 2004. Rhonda started their career as a Business Operations Manager at Smithsonian Enterprises in 1998.

Rhonda L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee from 1985 to 1988. Rhonda then pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Social Work from Pima Community College between 2010 and 2012. Rhonda L. furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Organizational Leadership and Development from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in July 2019.
