Rhonda L. has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Executive Director of Human Resources at Family Life Communications since July 2023. Rhonda L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee from 1985 to 1988. Rhonda then pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Social Work from Pima Community College between 2010 and 2012. Rhonda L. furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Organizational Leadership and Development from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in July 2019.
