Lea Picard Lmsw

Lea Picard, LMSW has a diverse work experience in the social work field. Lea started their career at Devereux as a Direct Support Professional from April 2013 to June 2018. During this time, they gained valuable experience in providing support to individuals. Following that, Lea worked as a Social Work Intern at Holisticare Hospice from August 2017 to September 2018. In 2016, they joined West Chester University of Pennsylvania as an MSW Graduate Student, where they continued their studies until May 2019. Lea then served as a Social Work Intern at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine from August 2018 to May 2019. Currently, they are associated with Family & Nursing Care, where they have held various roles. Lea started as a Client Services Manager Associate in May 2019 and later progressed to the role of Client Services Manager in September 2019. As of December 2022, Lea holds the position of Assistant Director, Client Services at Family & Nursing Care.

Lea Picard, LMSW, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Lea went on to pursue their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the same institution, completing it in 2019. In May 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Social Worker in Gerontology (C-SWG) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
