Neal Kursban

Neal Kursban began their work experience in 1992 as an HR Recruiter and District Manager at PepsiCo, where they worked until 1995. Neal then joined Family & Nursing Care as the CEO in October 1995, holding various positions in the company until March 2008. Neal subsequently became the President of Family & Nursing Care, a position they still hold.

Neal Kursban obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship & Management at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1996 to 2000.
