Jessica Giovanniello is a seasoned professional in the field of behavior support and education, currently serving as the Director of Enhanced Behavior Support Services at Family of Kidz since March 2021. With extensive experience including roles as Assistant Director and School Consulting Supervisor, Jessica has a strong background in managing clinical teams and overseeing student caseloads while providing ongoing mentorship and leadership. Previously held positions include Clinical Supervisor and Associate Behavior Analyst at THE ELIJA SCHOOL, as well as BCBA/LBA at Kids First and The Manhattan Behavioral Center. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut, an Advanced Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Long Island University, and a degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Special Education from Hofstra University.

At Family of Kidz, we bring together highly qualified teams of professionals that work diligently to help individuals with special needs, from birth through adulthood. Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of the individual’s needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life. Our multi-disciplinary team provides a wide-variety of therapeutic and educational services that include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special instruction, and related services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and mental health services. As a team, we are committed to helping those with special needs overcome barriers to progress and develop new skills.
