Emma Pohlad

Emma Pohlad is a dedicated professional with experience in youth leadership and support roles. Currently serving as a Prevention Intern at the Family Outreach Center since September 2021, Emma has been responsible for compiling and tracking long-term improvement data from leadership sessions and instructing students in community prevention sessions multiple times a week. Additionally, Emma has been a Young Life Leader since September 2020, where strong connections with students have been fostered through support for personal issues and regular weekly meetings. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a focus on School Social Work from Grand Valley State University, completed in 2022.
