Family Paths
Barbra Silver is the Executive Director of Family Paths, Inc., a non-profit agency in Oakland, CA that provides mental health and supportive services to primarily low income families and children throughout Alameda County. Prior to this role, Barbra has worked as a counselor at Walden House Adolescent Facility, therapist at UCSF AIDS Health Project, and therapist at Pacific Center for Human Growth. Barbra holds a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Psychology from New College of California.

We have been a child abuse prevention and treatment agency since 1972, with an array of programs serving residents of Alameda County, California. We operate in homes, schools and other community sites as well as in our Oakland Headquarters and offices in Hayward.
