Calvin Fammons is an experienced intervention specialist currently working with the Open Pathways to Education (HOPE) program at Lincoln Families, focusing on addressing barriers to academic achievement for youth and families. Prior roles include patient care assistant at the San Francisco Department of Public Health and patient care technician at Kaiser Permanente's Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab. Calvin has extensive experience as a certified nursing assistant at various organizations, including HumanGood and Catholic Charities SF, as well as a human resources analyst at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier career highlights include serving as a youth advocate fellow at WestCoast Children's Clinic, where support was provided to young adults who have been in foster care, and working as a community field specialist with the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
