Rachael Ryan

Rachael Ryan is an experienced professional in the field of social work and housing solutions, currently serving as the Director of Housing at Family Promise of Gainesville since December 2022, focusing on innovative strategies to combat childhood homelessness. In conjunction, Rachael holds the role of Community Program Manager at Family Promise, Inc., where responsibilities include case management for homeless families. Prior experience includes significant contributions at GRACE Marketplace from November 2018 to December 2022, where Rachael advanced through various roles, ultimately serving as a Permanent/Supportive Housing Case Manager. Earlier, Rachael worked as a Food and Beverage Manager for the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal from February 2016 to April 2018. Rachael obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Social Work from Santa Fe College in 2023 and holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal studies from City College in Gainesville, Florida, completed in 2016.
