Toni Burke

Toni Burke is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in emergency shelter programs and human services. Currently serving as the Director of Emergency Shelter Programs at Family Promise of Spokane since November 2021, Toni has held various roles within the organization including Assistant Director and Emergency Shelter Programs Manager. Toni is also the founder of A Woman's Heart, an initiative that originated from a blog in 2008 and has evolved into a supportive community on Facebook. Other roles include Program Coordinator at the Family Warming Center, Manager at Nordstrom, and service in the United States Air Force. Toni holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Whitworth University, an Associate's degree in Gerontology from Spokane Falls Community College, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Development at Purdue Global.
