Caitlin Ryan

Caitlin Ryan is an experienced professional in health-related fields, currently serving as a Resource Navigator at Family Reach since March 2023, where responsibilities include administering financial assistance for individuals facing cancer diagnoses. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Barista at Starbucks, managing inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction from May 2022 to March 2023. Previously, Caitlin gained experience as a Programs Intern at Family Reach, connecting with individuals affected by cancer to provide information on financial coaching services, and as a Medical Office Assistant at Astera Cancer Care, managing clerical tasks and patient records from April 2016 to May 2022. A winter internship at the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide involved social media and marketing strategies. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, obtained in January 2022.
