Boykins Williams

Executive Vice President at Family Research Council

Boykins Williams has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 when they served as commanding general for the U.S. Army Special Forces Command (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina until 2003. Boykins later joined the Family Research Council in 2011 as the Executive Vice President, where they advocated for traditional family values and lobbied against LGBT rights, abortion, and other socially conservative policies.

Boykins Williams completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language at Virginia Tech from 1967 to 1971. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from Armed Forces Staff College, Army War College, and Shippensburg University, which they completed in 2007. In addition to their education, Boykins Williams obtained various certifications, including the Combat Infantryman Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Military Freefall Badge, Ranger Tab, Special Forces Tab, Legion of Merit (2), Bronze Star, Air Medal, and Purple Heart.
