Ken Blackwell

Senior Fellow For Family Empowerment at Family Research Council

Ken Blackwell is an accomplished political leader and advocate with extensive experience in various influential roles. Currently serving as the National Chairman of Pass the Balanced Budget Amendment, Ken Blackwell has also held board member positions at the National Rifle Association, The Club for Growth, and the National Taxpayers Union since 2008. Additionally, Ken Blackwell is a Senior Fellow at the American Civil Rights Union and the Family Research Council. Previous notable positions include Chairman of the President Trump Domestic Transition Team and Secretary of State for Ohio from 1999 to 2006, as well as Treasurer of State of Ohio from 1994 to 1998. Ken Blackwell began an international career as an Ambassador to the United Nations in the Human Rights Commission from 1992 to 1993. Ken Blackwell holds a Master's degree in Education from Xavier University, obtained from 1967 to 1971.
