Jacqueline Jean

Jacqueline Jean currently serves as the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Manager and Full Case Manager Supervisor at the Family Resource Center of South Florida, Inc., since November 2015. Previously, Jacqueline worked as a Case Manager at the CHARLEE Program of Dade County from January 2014 to November 2014, where responsibilities included advocating for children and families and coordinating child protection services. Jacqueline began their career at Prometric as a Test Center Manager from June 2007 to February 2013, overseeing the daily operations of the testing center. Academically, Jacqueline holds a Masters of Science in Adult Education from Florida International University and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Public Safety Management from Miami Dade College.
