Deja Jackson

Deja Jackson currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Family Scholar House, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Deja was the Director of Operations for Morgan McGarvey for Congress from January to November 2022 and worked as a Program Officer at the Community Foundation of Louisville between August 2017 and October 2021. Earlier experience includes managing training at Manheim Auctions, serving as a Transportation Field Rep at Cox Automotive Inc., and providing customer service at Forcht Bank. Deja also gained experience as an intern at Emerge Kentucky and worked as a Toy Consultant at Brilliant Sky Toys and Books. Deja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisville and is currently pursuing further education at The Johns Hopkins University.
