Yohana I. Quiróz

Dr. Yohana I. Quiróz is the Chief Operations Officer of the Children, Youth, Family and Transitional Age Youth services at Felton Institute. She is an accomplished community and public policy leader with almost two decades of early childhood education, family support and social services experience.
