Mansi Patel

Mansi Patel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mansi started their career in 2009 as the Club Director at elements(tm) diet and fitness. Mansi then worked as an Office Assistant at BNR Partners, LLC from 2010 to 2011. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Associate at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. Mansi then joined HRBoost, LLC as an HR Project Coordinator/Special Assistant to the CEO from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016, Mansi became the Executive Operations and Human Resources at Virtually Speaking, LLC. Mansi also took on the role of Lead Recruiter at Strategic Talent Resources from 2016 to 2018. Simultaneously, they co-founded Fun Republic, Inc. in 2016 and served as the Managing Director until 2020.

Mansi continued their career at HRBoost, LLC as a Human Resources Consultant in 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area before transitioning to Human Resources Manager in 2018. In 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources & Equity at the same organization, and later took on the role of Director of Human Resources, Equity, & Development from 2022 to 2024.

Currently, Mansi is the Chief Operations Officer at the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area, starting from 2024. In addition to their positions in the non-profit sector, they have also worked as an eCornell Online Course Facilitator at Cornell University from 2023 onwards.

Mansi Patel holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Mansi also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed from 2002 to 2006. In addition, Mansi has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2019 and certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from different institutions such as Northwestern University and USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Mansi has also completed certifications in leadership, fundraising, and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) qualification. Mansi holds certifications in fitness training as well, including being a qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
