Tameron Keeffe, LCSW, has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences in various organizations. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Head Lifeguard for the City of Elgin until 2010. In 2010, Tameron joined Dreams for Kids as a Dream Leaders Intern. Following this, they worked at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls as both a Support Staff member and an AfterCare Care Manager Intern from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they became a Program Assistant at Giant Steps, a position that lasted until 2013. In 2014, Tameron began their time at Safe Connections as a Prevention Education Intern until August of that year. Still in 2014, they joined the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area as an SASS Therapist until 2016, where they were promoted to Crisis Supervisor and later to Director of Crisis Services. Tameron has obtained extensive experience and expertise in various roles within the mental health and social services sectors.

Tameron Keeffe, LCSW, earned a Bachelor's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago from 2009 to 2011. They then pursued an Associate in the Arts degree at Elgin Community College from 2007 to 2009. Tameron later completed a Master's in Social Work with a Certificate in Violence and Injury Prevention at Washington University in St. Louis from 2013 to 2014. They have additional certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, obtained in 2017, and as a Paraprofessional from the Illinois State Board of Education, obtained in June 2013.
