Lori Rheubottom has been working in human resources for over 15 years. Lori started their career at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where they spent six years as a senior HR management professional. In this role, Lori counseled management and business partners on resolving employee/labor relations issues, investigating and responding to internal and external complaints, and representing the medical system's position in legal matters. Lori also served as a decision maker for complex employee relations matters and separations.
In August 2015, Lori left the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center to become the treasurer at Family Service Foundation. In this role, Lori is responsible for managing the organization's finances and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Lori has also been involved in several projects and process improvements at Family Service Foundation, including the implementation of a new performance management system and the upgrade of the organization's payroll system.
Lori Rheubottom has a Masters in Community Counseling from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Washington Adventist University. Lori also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.
